Rosemarie Einstein BSc PhD will speak about the use of alcohol for social and medicinal purposes which goes back many thousands of years.  What does the drug actually do in the body, and does it have any beneficial uses or effects? There is no doubt excessive alcohol consumption predisposes to some diseases. There is also a considerable social cost. What happens when you are stopped by police for random breath testing?  All these issues will be addressed.
