Leon brings over 30 years of business and real estate experience to his role as a Senior Buyer’s Agent and Property Strategist at Cohen Handler. He is a highly experienced real estate professional, including having previously been the principal of a Double Bay-based real estate agency. Leon has been involved with hundreds of real estate transactions over the years, helping clients purchase properties all over Sydney, from Dee Why to Cronulla and from Bondi to Campsie. He has bought properties ranging from Studio apartments to clifftop houses and blocks of units. Leon is well respected in the real estate industry for his highly ethical approach and his market knowledge. His clients are able to leverage his experience and industry contacts to ensure they have a competitive edge when purchasing property.
Having grown up in the eastern suburbs Peter has been surrounded by the whole spectrum of properties which has resulted in his passion for real estate. After successfully selling for 6 years Peter started his own agency BadgerFox in arguably one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country, Double Bay. With many successes including being in the top 10 residential sales in the country for the entirety of the BadgerFox lifespan, Peter went on to expand his business and merged in with the long standing Bradfield business.
